Your path to joining our team

We aim to make every stage of our hiring journey straightforward and engaging, helping you understand the role, the team and the impact you can make as you play your future with Aristocrat.

Step 1: Apply and choose how we stay in touch

Your journey begins with your application. During the process, you can choose how you’d like us to stay in touch, such as email, text message or WhatsApp. We’ll use your preferred channel to keep you informed as you move through the process.

Step 2: Conversation with a talent partner

If your profile aligns, you’ll be invited to an initial conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience, interests and what you’re looking for in your next step, while learning more about the role and Aristocrat. To ensure our focus is entirely on our discussion, we may use AI to record the session and summarise notes.

Step 3: Interviews and assessments

You’ll meet with the hiring team to explore the role in more detail and the impact you could make. Rory will continue to assist with coordinating these sessions to keep the process moving quickly. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete a practical or technical assessment to help showcase your skills and problem‑solving approach.

Step 4: Offer and next steps

If it’s the right fit for everyone, we’ll extend an offer and guide you through the next steps. This may include pre‑employment screening or background checks, depending on the role and local requirements. Some roles may require industry‑specific licences due to the regulated nature of our business. Our team will guide you through any required steps.
